6-week Course for People in Cancer Treatment and Post-Treatment
This course is designed to reduce stress and improve coping during and after cancer treatment. They are based in Yoga and cancer research and clinical evidence. Each class will progress easefully and include gentle movements and breathing practices. Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation, meditation, guided imagery, and relevant concepts for Yoga philosophy. Self-care and home practice will be encouraged to improve quality of life and functional ability. Family members and/or support people are welcome, too!
